Cacao ritual is the ultimate heart-opener. In addition to being packed full of vitamins and minerals, cacao increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus.
During the ritual we will have meditation, journey and finish with an art project. all designed to set your intention for the new year.
